The Lady an gentlemen in the front office were very nice Everything was Fine in the room it was clean our beds were soft Con: Water was just warm for shower would’ve preferred it hotter but all in all stay was still Great

The staff is very friendly and takes care of your every need. The property is clean. The rooms are nice and clean. They have all the amenities that are a needed for your stay. The AC blows out just fine once it is turned on, very comfortable and cool. Unfortunately, I have never eaten the breakfast there although I was offered.

The room was WET, floor, surfaces, bed, etc. Owner argued it was fine and refused to move to another room. After some back and forth he moved me, reluctantly, to another room that was clean and comfortable. The property had NO hot water and poor shower/sink drainage.

Despite the shabby appearance and scary neighborhood the super 8 was clean an the mattresses were comfortable. Because of these qualities I consider this to be an acceptable option for affordable accommodations. There was a good "family" restaurant across the street that was excellent.

No HOT water only warm & shower haf no drain plug & shower head was broken, nasty unclean vent in bathroom, gap around door to room and window didnt lock, no coffee maker, microwave didn't work, freezer part of fridge was frozen over in ice, no free wifi, the comfy looking chair had a strange smell and felt damp so never used it, desk chair doesn't roll because hair n such all caught up in wheels, there was nasty who knows what on walls and floor in bathroom, nasty! And the biggest and baddest were the bed bugs which i noticed while packing up to check out! Had to bag up and freeze everything that I had in the room once arriving back home to kill all bedbugs or eggs present...freezing for 48 hrs and/or heating items on high in a dryer for 15 minutes are the only 2 things that kill bedbugs/eggs. Air conditioning worked great, comfortable bed and 3 small pillows, ample and convenient parking, no elevators, staff was really nice, offered to move me to another room but being disabled I couldn't physically make the move and the staff didnt offer to help me move to another room. Checked out a day early but said they couldn't refund my one additional night that was already paid for. This motel is gravely mis-represented! Will not recommend to anyone and will not be staying at this motel again. Disappointed that this is under Wyndham since I've always had great stays at their hotels in the past.
