"We spent two weeks in this lovely cottage. It was very peaceful and quiet. The welcome pack was very much appreciated, especially the homemade bread. Tim, the owner,, made us so welcome and couldn't do enough for us. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful large garden. on our return from a day out.On the last day our ferry had been cancelled and Tim was there to help us. We wouldn't hesitate to book again."

"The chalet was really nice with new and modern decorations. Sufficient of cookware and kitchen utensils. The location was perfect for the nearby beaches and local shops. The only downside was about the amount of toiletries. We had 4 people staying for 3 nights, but there were only 2 toilet rolls and tester-sized shampoo and shower gel. "

"The cottage is in a great location to access all parts of the island. Decor and furnishing are on the basic side, but this is more than reflected in the price. The garden has lovely views - a picnic table is provided but I suggest taking your own camping chairs for more comfy, longer term seating. The cottage is on a B road with some traffic at times but the noise was not intrusive, and was non-existent overnight. "Convenient and spotlessly clean small cottage is a great base for exploring the IoW. Only slight downside is that the proximity to other guests means sitting outside can be a little bit of an exercise in hearing other people’s conversation! This small point aside, can recommend for a short stay. "
