The room was a little dusty and we couldn’t find the tv remote but the staff were extremely helpful. They came to help us look and also provided another one when it couldn’t be found. My favourite part of this little staycation was the bed. I have never stayed in a hotel room with this level of comfort before. I loved the mattress and the pillow choices. I haven’t slept so good in a long time.

Excellent in services, great view to the chapel church, and walking distance to park, and public transport.

Wasn't expecting such a nice spacious room, very 'olde world' as becomes a former Treasury building. My room was on the ground floor so there are no views as the hotel is on a busy street corner. There was no noticeable noise. The courtyard is very relaxing for a light meal or drink.

The vintage feel is amazing, really feels as if you have stepped back in time. Beautiful area. We loved it ❤️.

5 star room and service to match, great hotel and central location. Short walk to markets, restaurants and funky bars in Peel Street and Leigh Street.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for several nights. The bus stops outside if you don't want to walk and the location was perfect. Very quiet and comfortable with quality fittings. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The whole of North Adelaide is beautiful and wonderful to walk around. Near The Adelaide Oval and Botanical Gardens only a short stroll. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Could not fault my stay in any way. A warm welcome and personally shown to my apartment, immaculately clean and very well appointed. Rooms have everything you need right down to the extra touches such as bath salts for the spa, Nespresso coffee machines and a dish of mints and biscuits popped in your room every day. Location was great and was lovely and quiet. Even meals available from a vending machine which were of good quality. Great value and I look forward to my next stay.

Blown away by how well designed, beautiful and functional everything is at Marriot Adelaide. All brand new and very well laid out. Bathrooms are spelling and functional. Clever two way wardrobe lets you hang clothes from bedroom and retrieve from bathroom. Great views of Adelaide to the South from our room. Comfy beds. Nespresso coffee always a nice touch :)

Loved staying at the Franklin. It was within walking distance of everything - city shopping, yummy eats - yum cha anyone? - and of course the Central Market is a stones throw away (but probably don't throw stones, the cops don't like it). Plus you get a free apple a day. Who doesn't love an apple? Oh and we stayed in the deluxe room (I think) because we got this sweet little bag full of goodies. AND FREE MINI BAR - sorry was I yelling? Unreal, banana peel!

The service was excellent, found reception to be friendly and helpful. Would suggest to anyone going to stay in SA to stay at the Ibis. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was fantastic and plenty of variety. Thankyou u again for a wonderful memory of our stay in SA.
