"The room was well presented & very clean. Queen room is perfect for a night away, with a single seated area next to the bed & desk chair with bench to write at. Handy bar fridge, safe for your valuables and good storage. Have stayed here before & standards the same good quality. Staff are always friendly & helpful. Breakfast is included in the room price but haven't stayed for that so can't comment. Would recommend if you want a handy location for shops, restaurants & bars. Tram & train station just on the next block too. The car park is next door & hotel offer discounted rate."

"The hotel is in a great location. A lot of the rooms do not have in room bathrooms, they are separate. We decided to upgrade to a room with an ensuite bathroom. Unfortunately the TV was trouble and we couldn’t watch it. During our stay they tried but couldn’t fix it. Breakfast is basic but very good. The bed is comfortable and a great shower. "
