"Hotel is in good location however very poor guest relations. I have already paid everything except extras via Expedia. At the end they asked for a service charge??? I have never heard from any other hotels at the checkout I have to pay for service charge. I didn’t use any restaurant or bar at the hotel and they asked me to pay for service charge. They force you to wear hat for using the swimming pool which many others never wore any. In all three stars more generous for this hotel!"

"Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter."

"Rooms are old and when you have an upgrade due to Platinum status, you have to ask for it several times, as they still try to trick you into a standard room. Also, a 5 star hotel is trying to sell you an adapter, when it has to be provided upon request!"

"Clean room and close to metro!! Bus from airport- Taksim. Bonus is breakfast!! Security is safe. Surrounding neighborhood on busy tourist shopping area. Beware of peddlers. "
