"Beautiful hotel in Andermatt. Loved the pool with mountain views! Breakfast buffet was nice too. We did have hiccup where they were supposed to pick us up from the train station and they never showed up (and I had written confirmation), so beware about that. There is a lot of construction happening around the hotel so getting there on foot with luggage was a bit of a struggle. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture. "

"We loved staying here. Easy check in and out. The kitchen was superb and the bar was a great place to be. The bar man was so friendly and chatty. The room was spacious and clean and even had a balcony. Great water pressure for the shower and very comfy beds. The location near the station was superb. Would definitely stay here again. "
