Not a Good Hotel for the Price
When I booked online and showed up at the hotel they tried to tell me that there weren’t any rooms left and asked me to cancel. They then were able to find a room after I started talking to hotels.com customer service. The room was smaller than what is in the pictures, not as clean and not as modern. The bathroom was missing a shower curtain and there was no remote for the tv. It’s probably one of the worst hotels I’ve been to for this price point. Your money is better spent going somewhere else.

The property was very clean, open, and has a fantastic free breakfast for one. It also has a few boutique stores on the property. I needed a last minute polo shirt, and was able to get it at a reasonable price. Front desk staff was always visible even in the middle of the night. Drinks were very close.

I didnt enjoy my stay!
This hotel is way way over priced. There is no value for money. Food is nothing to write home about. Bed sheets and towels have all turned to brown. The carnal at the gate sends thousands of mosquitoes everywhere especially at the pool area. Management please sit up.

Excellent location with easy access to main shopping, restaurants and sightseeing locations. The interior is plush and clean. The service team is eager to help but slow to deliver. Needed to quickly press my shirt and was told the hotel had only ONE pressing iron.

Comfortable hotel - be careful how you book!
Well appointed hotel, comfortable bed, very good breakfast buffet and above average gym and pool. Only deficiencies were minor ones - poor selection of TV channels, no face cloths, no shaver outlet in bathroom, no "do not disturb" cards. Only major problem honoring the online booking (took them twenty minutes, at check in, to find the reservation, claiming that the price on my online registration was too low!) and then, on my second stay, despite the fact that hotels.com showed rooms at $103, they wouldn't budge on charging $142. For all its good features, the hotel clearly hasn't entered the 21st century when it comes to online bookings!

Das Hotel ist neu und entsprechend gut in Schuss. Die Einrichtung, insbesondere auch das Bad sind auf hohem Niveau eingerichtet. Leider war in meinem Zimmer die Klimaanlage so angebracht, dass die Luft immer aufs Bett blies, was eher unangenehm war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, mit einigen Sachen beim Check-in aber offenbar (noch) überfordert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist noch das Frühstück, insbesondere die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
