"t was amazing. Staff is very helpful, had a few minor spots of hair we noticed when we arrived but it got taken care of. Furniture is outdated, but aside from that we were comfortable and enjoyed it."

"What a change from dull 5* corporate hotels. All the expected standards and more but the real difference is this hotel reflects its location. Wonderful stay, highly recommended, especially brunch. Manager of brunch deserves special mention for professionalism. Well done Shanghai-La."
