We had a room on the 28th floor which had amazing views back across the city! The room was clean and spacious! The buffet restaurants were great with a lot of choice, and the Bakery was great for late night snacks, and any issues we raised were quickly resolved!

Outstanding luxury hotel

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything about this hotel is amazing! The staff are lovely and so accommodating. In particular, Rohit and Rahul were our housekeeping staff and nothing was too much trouble for them! The restaurants all had top quality food and plenty of choices without it being too overwhelming or repetitive! The whole property was spotless! The adults only pool was closed a few days into our stay for some refurbishment, however this didn't impact the use or availability of the other pools too much. There is also a private beach which wasn't ever busy, so there wasn't the dreaded rush in the mornings for sunbeds! Would highly recommend this hotel and am desperate to rebook again for myself!
