"Perhaps we should have asked for a disabled room as there was no shower mat, grab handles or seat in the shower, also the toilet seat mounts need tightening up, room 28. Apart from that everything else was great! The room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable, staff were very polite and the view from the window onto the golf course and estuary were spectacular, glad I took my binoculars, I saw 3 cruise ships leaving Leith and loads of other vessels! Thank you all for a nice relaxed weekend away!"

"Very comfortable clean and well equipped room. Great bar with an excellent selection of whiskies. Excellent food with a small menu. Good service from a friendly, well informed staff who were a great credit to the hotel. Difficult and limited parking. Will certainly visit again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Seton Sands! The location is ideal—situated right on the East Lothian coast with incredible, scenic views over the Firth of Forth, yet just a short and easy drive into central Edinburgh. The park itself is impeccably maintained, welcoming, and packed with great things to do. The indoor heated pool was a huge hit, and having direct access to the beach right across the road made morning coastal walks an absolute highlight. The staff throughout the site were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly from check-in to departure. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, serving as the perfect base to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you are looking for a fun family getaway or a relaxing coastal retreat near the city, Seton Sands delivers on all fronts. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"Cozy and nicely maintained home. We appreciated the clear directions and the communication from the host. The shower wasn't great and the beds weren't very comfortable, but that's to be expected in a caravan. The Haven property could use a refresh of some of its facilities."

"Lovely setting by the sea and nice walks around the site. The floors could do with a bit of updating and extra seating for more than 4 guests but it was clean and tidy. The attention given by the host to make your stay comfortable was excellent any issue was swiftly dealt with."

"Took a risk after reading the reviews, and Im glad I did, it was clean tidy, bedding was fresh, fresh towels, everything we needed to stay for a few days, washing up liquid, tea coffee sugar, toilet rolls, they even left us some pop and chocolate bars for our arrival, honestly can't complain at all, we were up for a funeral and having all the little bits and bobs made it less stressful so thank you, hopefully we will be back soon in better circumstances, thank you for making our stay stress free 😊"

"We were taking our niece with physical and learning disabilities in holiday. Overall she had a good time. This was our first holiday with her since she moved into a supported living environment. We booked this caravan for it’s accessible ramp and comfortable and fairly spacious lounge/kitchen/eating area. This was all lovely. The corridor to the bedrooms was tricky for our niece to walk down. It would not fit a wheelchair or a walker. We gave her the main bedroom with an en-suite which did work very well for her and the bed was very comfortable. The single beds in the other two bedrooms are very narrow however for adults. We managed to use the swimming pool once. We had to book in and the attendants were extremely helpful getting a hoist set up for us. The disabled changing room was well equipped. The pool experience ended up being a highlight! The evening entertainment was mostly too loud for our neice. Too much screaming and use of microphones at high volume. The creative activities on offer during the day were great on paper but were not accessible for someone in a wheelchair in the hut room or outside where many of the youngsters were doing the craft. Being by the sea we had some good walks pushing the wheelchair along the path by the beach. The tv in the caravan was also great for watching Disney films when it was raining. Unfortunately we experienced some disturbance from a neighbouring caravan at night time. Overall would say we had a good holiday . Thank you"
