"The suite we were given was not as pictured on line. We paid for the superior room but it did not look like the one pictured online. No armchairs in the living area, just the plastic chairs for the dining table, which were not comfortable for lounging. We were booked for 18 days! We were told what we booked did not come with them when we asked management. "This motel was created for one purpose and that is not to go to sleep! The room wasn’t particularly clean and we purposely spent the whole of the daytime out sightseeing. I was unable to open the window blinds so they stayed closed. The bed was hard and more like a sofa bed than a normal mattress. Not recommended to bring children here. The local area is sketchy too. However it is very cheap!"

"This hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly, professional and super helpful in accommodating requests. They assisted us in getting a babysitter for our boys, so that we could attend a tango show- our babysitter Milka was amazing with the boys. The food- from the breakfast to room service to the restaurant was top quality and very delicious. The spa and pool were also great- my husband and I had individual massages and it was one of the best we have ever had. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. "
