"NOT recommended!!! no communication from owners or property manager, no after hours way of contact, dirty and unacceptable house. mouse droppings on mattress. no internet, bad cell phone reception; no instructions on how to work the heating/air conditioning. No bed linens, no towels (not notified of this prior to arrival) Left house after 1 hour of frustration and never went back. Drove to nearest town and got hotel room."

"A wonderful house and oceanview but with very poor cleanliness. Had to clean again by ourself after arrival. Electricity bill 0,50€ per kWh in 12/2023! Our very low consumption with just two people, no use of heating in the bedroom, no use of the whirlpool, just 1use of the sauna and extra costs of 60€ for firewood mean electricity costs of almost half of the rental costs."

"This spacious cottage is well equiped and beautifully situated. It offered peace and quiet for us parents as well as fun and adventure for our kids (three teenagers). This is due to the wonderful beach that is within walking distance, but can also be accessed by car, and the fact that Farup Sommerland is near. At an half hour's drive there's Aalborg, excellent for shopping, visiting the zoo etc. Within a 5 minutes' drive you are in Hune though, where there's ample opportunity to get everyday...

"Pro: hervorragende Lage im Grünen, sehr ruhig, man kann sehr gut auch einfach mal einen Tag dort verbringen und sich entspannen, gemütlich, gut ausgestattet Contra: die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wie die Heizung / Klima zu bedienen ist muss man raten und die Bilder sind zwar grundsätzlich übereinstimmend geben aber nicht den korrekten Zustand oder Ausstattung/ Möblierung des Hauses an. Will sagen: der Schein ist besser als das Sein. Was uns jetzt allerdings nicht sonderlich...

"Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern über Silvester in dieses wunderschöne Haus gereist. Das ruhig gelegene Haus ist großzügig gebaut. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist deutlich größer als in anderen typischen dänischen Ferienhäusern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles reichlich vorhanden und überall absolut sauber. Von der ersten Minute an, haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Sälzer war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir wünschen dem Haus allzeit nette Gäste."

"Kommunikation mit dem Ferienhausvermieter sehr gut, einschließlich der hilfreichen Sturmwarnung. Haus in toller Lage direkt hinter der Düne, sehr groß, toller Pool. Küchenausstattung und Matratzen austauschbedürftig. Leider hat so mancher Vormieter es mit Reinigung und sorgsamem Umgang mit Küche und Küchenausstattung nicht so genau genommen."

"The hotel and resort is very nice. The cottage was lovely and well equipped. Our only gripe was the lack of bedding, after re-reading the advert it does say bedding is extra i juat didnt notice it. The pool was nice but sauna was out of use for all of our stay and no access to the spa included. Breakfast buffet was very good. Site staff worked hard to clear the mounds of snow dumped overnight."

"The property was quiet and set in the countryside, a short drive north of Ålborg. The rooms were good sized and there were laundry facilities. Our host, Carsten, was very nice and helpful."
