Our room was not serviced on the first morning, when we enquired we were told you had to place the ‘clean my room’ hanger on the outside of your room door, the receptionist did not inform us of this on arrival. The breakfast finished at 10 but at 945 around 15 staff members descended on the buffet and wiped out the remaining food leaving very little for the guests. Our friends arrived at 945 to practically no food and no kitchen staff were in attendance refilling. We have never experienced hotel staff joining guests during breakfast hours ever!

Perfect symphony stay!

Perfect location for the symphony and easy to take the bus from the station to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and with good variety, though the scrambled eggs were on the salty side and should be avoided if you need a low salt diet. 😅

Aboslutely value for money. Nice clean new hotel perfectly situated downtown Aalborg. Only thing alike 90% of all hotels: the bed duvee is in some sort of plastic, please switch to down or silk!!! The alternative is too hot, you cannot get rid of your body heat during sleep. I share this viewpoint with many budiness travelers.

Praktisk beliggenhed

Godt hotel for et hurtigt besøg i Aalborg. Beliggenhed tæt på indfaldsvejen og tæt på centrum. Værelset er praktisk indrettet, og der er plads til en pc på skrivebordet. Offentlig parkering foran hotellet, og enkelte betalingspladser i kælderen under hotellet. Der er desuden nogle Clever ladere på p-pladsen. Morgenmaden er til gengæld ikke nogen stor oplevelse.

Leilighet

Vi bodde i leilighet med 3 soverom. Veldig slitt, sofa og gulv. Gulvteppe i stuen var veldig flekkete av gammelt søl. Ble vekket grytidlig av bråk fra kjøkkenet som var vegg i vegg. Veldig lytt! Det er vifter til avskjøling i leiligheten, hjelper ikke så mye med høye sommertemperaturer. Er markiser foran vinduene, men personalet hadde ikke tatt disse ned før ankomst. Alle vinduer har sol ettermiddag/kveld. En liten terrasse kan brukes, men med hotellets renovasjon ved siden av, var ikke det en fornøyelse heller. En skuffende opplevelse alt i alt.

Vi var der 1 overnatning som familie på 4 og det var en fantastisk oplevelse. God seng at sove i. Der var meget varmt på værelset, men det har også været nogle varme dage. Lækker morgenmad og rigtig god beliggenhed.
