That is not thea appropriate or empathetic response to an error that he made. He had no consideration for me as a guest trudging back and forth with luggage and all. I received Poor customer service upon check in and was disappointed due to the amount I paid for 1 night. "

There was blood stains in on the bathroom wall near the toilet. The place smelled like a locker room. The furniture was used furniture. I have pictures of I can upload. The lobby smelled bad and had missing ceiling tiles. This place need to be shut down "

"The hotel was great. Room was clean bathroom was clean staff was attentive and kind. I’m not gonna say anyone was particularly very nice but overall it was a pleasant experience with the staff. The casino was not a good experience. I mean I rarely ever come to a casino and don’t at least win a little bit it was very shall I say dry. Didn’t give me a thrill at all anyway kind of a downer I won’t return because of this. It is too bad too because my husband enjoyed playing in the tournaments and we were thinking of coming back for my daughter‘s 21st birthday but I think we’ll do that somewhere else so she might have a chance to win some money and have some fun. "
