"Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!! From the fantastic location to the incredibly friendly staff, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location couldn’t be better. The light rail is just around the corner, and it’s close to the theaters, Target Center, and Target Field, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Minneapolis. Check-in was wonderful. I had an issue with my debit card, and Ashley was incredibly patient and helpful while I got everything sorted out. We were also pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable our room was. There was a small stain on the mirror near our door and the connecting door was a little damaged, but those were minor issues in an otherwise fantastic room. The included breakfast was delicious, especially the omelet station! We didn’t get to try the evening reception since we weren’t at the hotel during those hours, but hopefully next time. I also loved the selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase and being able to pay separately rather than charge them to the room. The staff truly made the stay special. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from beginning to end. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Minneapolis. Highly recommend!"

"Trendy hotel in a great location on the edge of the downtown business district with ready access to skyways, restaurants and museums+parks. The coolest thing we enjoyed about Minneapolis was the skyways- we didn't know anything about them before our visit and the beautiful atriums that you come across had us marvelling and appreciating the architecture and design of these awesome indoor spaces. The Lofton was a perfect location for our stay and we enjoyed early morning workouts, late morning coffees and caught a football game in the foyer on our last day. Worth checking out!"

"No breakfast options, but close to Orpheum and rooms are modern and clean. Had some issues with loud and belligerent neighbors all night tho. Not the property's fault. Bar tender ready friendly."

"We had a King Suite and it was very spacious. Beds were good but could definitely tell that they had some wear. We were on the second floor, however, the elevator was broken the entire time of our visit. Carrying a suit case down a flight of stairs is not fun. Quaint older building with some quirks but a delightful stay, none the less. Staff were very friendly but often could not help with suggestions on where to dine. They were training some new staff so we are unaware of how long they have worked there. We would recommend the hotel to others because of price, location, and ambiance."
