"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was always friendly and took care of us very well. One thing I did not love was the buffet which I would rate as ok at best. With that being said we had fantastic meals at the two restaurants and found making bookings very easy. "

We did not do the restaurants do to timing. Grounds is well kept and clean. Location is good easy to walk to shops. Not on the beach you do have to walk across the street to the beach behind the other hotel. Pools are nice and fun activities by staff. Our room had many issues lights out, outlet didn't work,...

"The rooms are very outdated. It is a shame to put guests in rooms with moldy mattresses, the bathroom door literally peeling off, with dirty/moldy corners. The hotel needs renovation. The food and drinks were excellent. Housekeeping would clean rooms every day. The beach has rocks in the water-a lot, can’t walk in there. Staff, servers and bartenders, are outstanding. This hotel is part of the gated community, so it’s pretty around it."

"I don’t really know how to review this place. For an all inclusive the food was above average. The property was calm and had a lot of wildlife which was nice. The workers and employees were well above average for an all inclusive. The value for the price was excellent. The bus to the beach was okay. The beach was nice, the ocean not able to swim in. Drinks were strong and decent liquor selection. You got a free pass to the Riu party. The nightly entertainment was above average. "
