"older complex, some remodel on on the room we had, courtyard was nice to sit out on in the morning and have coffee. Kitchenette was serviceable, we cooked breakfast in the mornings. biggest critsizm is the coffee maker only make one cup at a time and not a Kurig, takes actual bag of coffee. Literally 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 or so minutes to bars and restaurants. Overall after seeing pics before booking it was exactly what I thought it would be. "We had a wedding and needed a rental on short notice. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from the wedding.. 5 minutes from the reception.. 10 minutes from after party! Very clean and accurately described. My only negative is the tv in the room with a bathroom wouldn’t connect to the WiFi for some reason but the others worked fine. Would stay there again in the future!"

The refrigerator door needs to be switched so that it doesn’t open into the room- it makes it hard to access from the room. "Great location between everything that is literally 10-15 miles and less to see. Dwight and Parisa offered to take me to the store and were so kind. The little apartment is exactly as pictured and was actually bigger than i was expecting - perfect directions on activities and operating tv and a/c - this would be my first pick again when here and i will definitely tell all my friends about this hiddem GEM!!!"

I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for Mother Nature and the torrential rain that dripped thru the ceiling light/fan and one window making our 2 bedroom a 1 bedroom. The host was very understanding and said he would initiate a partial refund. That being said, I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a stay in W. Palm"

"The property was great. Not far from I95 so getting around was easy. The property had obviously been refurbished and the decor was fantastic. Though we didn’t use it the back yard was nice and tranquil looking. The best thing was all the TV’s had all the streaming services available. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was nicely equipped. We really relaxed in the property once we came back home, making our stay very enjoyable."
