"We were greeted upon arrival to the hotel. Our room was small but all we needed for the three day we were their. The breakfast was great in the hotel resturant. Staff was very helpful in getting transportation that we needed during our stay. The view from the top terrance was beautiful and a great place for a quite read."

"We loved our stay at El Colonial. The check-in was relaxed and flawless and we were greeted with a drink. The balcony with outside tub and shower and a generous seating area was our favorite part of our stay and we loved being on the fourth floor because of the view of Old San Juan. The staff was super friendly, efficient and helpful. Free coffee, water, wine, beer and rum for the final win. Lovely and in a walkable and great area. "

"The property is high up into the mountains and it took about 48 minutes to get there The place was super clean and in great shape. The only issue was the toilet didn’t work great and they tried to repair it. The people in the area are very nice and you always feel safe. Other than the long drive into the mountains it was a nice place to stay. "

"We had a fantastic time at La Concha. Staff let us know that they’ll be doing a renovation next year - adding a fine dining restaurant and an Olympic sized pool, so that is exciting. Needs basic updating to facade. Every staff member was incredibly nice and helpful. The casino is awesome. Lobby bar and Solera has the best food. Rooms were very clean. Looking forward to coming back in two years and seeing what’s new! Also shoutout to the coffee shop across the street from the hotel, Barista Squared Condado, very tasty coffee and great service. "
