Amazing and extremely Cousy place to stay, Welcoming staff (in particular Teresa) always welcoming and making you feel at home. Location is great and central to all tourists areas. Breakfast is delicious. Definitely a place that we will visit again.

We loved the hot tub on top of the building, you can see one of the forts from the tub. The breakfasts were excellent, chai tea was exceptionally good. The historical building was fascinating. Wonderful staff also! We had a fabulous time in this romantic city~

I would give this place 10 stars! My husband & I had a FANTASTIC experience here. From the time you enter the hospitality is unmatched. The manager Freddie was very welcoming & gave us mimosas upon check in. He took his time & even allowed us to check in several hours early which we greatly appreciated. The hotel is very exclusive & makes you feel like absolute VIP royalty. It is also incredibly clean. The breakfast each morning has many options & is soo GOOD!

Historic building that has been beautifully restored/preserved. Rooms have old world charm with new world conveniences. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Fun to be right in the action of Old San Juan. We loved sitting on the balcony and people watching. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place right in the middle of old San Juan. All the attractions are walking distance. Restaurants and bars nearby. Traffic is bad in the area and parking is hard to find. We loved our stay here, we just rode Uber to and from the airport and everything else is walkable. If you have a car, park in the garage and leave there unless you have to go to other towns. Our hostess at the guest house was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast everyday was excellent and included. Gives us energy to start our day of touring. Will definitely stay there again. And I can’t help to mention how clean and fresh smelling the whole property is… it’s home sweet home.
