The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. "We stayed in the Garden unit for 9 days in mid July. The property is beautiful and Alessandro and his family are wonderful people and great hosts. They were very accommodating to our family by amending the pool hours. The property is perfectly situated to see many great areas around Bologna and all are within about an hours’ drive. "Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"This beautiful, spacious, classical Italian style property was the perfect landing spot for our first week in Bologna. On the third floor, ovelooking cafes, wine bars and a vital social scene in the center of University life, we still enjoyed a good night’s sleep in the quiet back bedroom. Then down the elevator and out the front door, we could make our first stop at the cafe just across the street, then head out on foot in any direction to explore this interesting and beautiful city."

"The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking! While the property is not near any major sights, it is peaceful and beautiful. Fernanda was very responsive to my questions and her husband assisted us in guiding us around the area to point out places to eat and shop with. The pool was enjoyed by the family and we also also had a fabulous dinner grilling outside on the property. The pictures shown on this sight are accurate."
