Fantastic family sized holiday home

Beautiful, large family home with amazing big swimming pool- peaceful and with great views but only 10 minutes drive to supermarkets and takeaway pizza etc. Felt at home straight away. Great location for visiting Bologna, Modena, Ravenna, Parma etc.Host was very helpful and great communications. Really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely return.

Beautifully located in the hills around Sasso Marconi, with a fantastic pool and a nicely kept garden. The pool is cleaned practically daily, and the trash is removed daily as well, which was great. The house is large (we are a family of 6), but quite old and needs updating in many areas. In particular the beds are terrible and should have been replaced years ago. All of us had a sore back in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped but full of personal belongings and clutter, leaving little room to put groceries. This also makes it hard to clean, and it shows. Finally, for a house that sleeps 7, the pool (which was otherwise great!) really needs more than two (comfortable) sun beds…

Wunderschön

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien. Es klappte alles super. Unsere Fragen an Giulia wurden sofort beantwortet und von Ihr oder Remo erledigt. Der Pool war super. Zu den verschiedenen Restaurants braucht es das Auto. Das Essen auswärts war immer sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Ferienaufenthalt.

Perfektes Haus

Wir waren vom 11-17.08.24 in Lagune (bei Sasso Marconi). Die Übergabe war kurz und Problemlos. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist Perfekt für 6-8 Personen. Schöne Schlafzimmer, große Küche. Saubere Bäder.

Idyllisches Haus mit viel Flair und Charme!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, idyllischen Lage oberhalb von Sasso Marconi. Im Dorf selber gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants. Die Landschaft, die Aussicht und der riesen große Garten sind ein Traum. Der Pool ist super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der liebe Hausmeister kommt jeden Tag und sorgt für Sauberkeit und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pizzaofen und der Außengrill sind genial um den schönen Garten und die Terrasse mit leckerem Essen und einem Glas Wein zu genießen. Für Hunde ideal, da das komplette Grundstück eingezäunt ist und die Hunde sehr viel Freiheit genießen können. Das Haus ist total liebevoll eingerichtet und die Bäder alle super sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche findet man, wenn man ankommt alles was man braucht, die Vermieterin gibt sich sehr viel Mühe dass es an nichts fehlt. Jede Menge Eiswürfel in der Gefriertruhe, Sekt im Kühlschrank, Saft für die Kinder, Hundeschüssel auf der Terrasse. Also besser geht echt nicht!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder! DANKE FÜR ALLES

Wunderbarer Urlaub in toskanischen Hügeln

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giulias Haus. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Vor allem überzeugt der Pizzaofen und der Pool. Das Gelände ist sehr weitläufig und ruhig gelegen.

Une belle surprise

La propriété est très vaste et surplombe un paysage montagneux et verdoyant de toute beauté ! La maison est décorée avec goût et il y a de la place pour les grandes familles. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la grande piscine idéalement placée. Enfin des contacts simples et efficaces avec la sympathique propriétaire. Super séjour.

Wahnsinns Aussicht mit großartigem Pool!

Als große Freundesgruppe von 19 bis 25 Jahren haben wir hier 7 Nächte im August verbracht. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und der Pool ist groß und sauber. Tatsächlich waren wir von dem Haus positiv überrascht, denn die Bilder auf der FeWo Platform werden der Schönheit des Hauses und dessen Atmosphäre nicht gerecht. Die Kommunikation mit Giulia verlief vor und während des Aufenthaltes reibungslos. Die Anfahrt ist zwar ein kleines Abendteuer und es wird mindestens ein Auto benötigt, dennoch lohnt es sich! Neben der tollen Atmosphäre war das Haus auch super ausgestattet. Von Öl bis Mehl gab es Vieles zu finden. Einen Abstecher in die Stadt ist schnell gemeistert. Sasso Marconi hat eine super Bahnverbindung nach Bologna und von da aus in die Welt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland!

Maison très agréable dans les hauteurs de Sasso Marconi, à qq kilomètres de Bologne. Site permettant de sillonner sur des sites de Ravennes Modene et Ferrare… et de profiter de la piscine et de la vue !

À l’arrivée pas de chauffage pas d’eau chaude.Il faisait très froid. Piscine fermée. Propreté à revoir beaucoup de poussière vaisselle mal entretenu nombreuse araignées et punaises.

Het schitterende uitzicht en het grote zwembad zijn de grootste troeven van deze fraaie vakantiewoning. En dankzij het stralende weer konden we altijd gezellig buiten eten, en genieten van al het lekkers op de barbecue en uit de pizza-oven.

Host Giulia: really very friendly, warm and welcoming, gave us good recommendations! House: lively, spacious, personal, beautifully decorated, no ikea-style, lots of cooking fascilities, beautifull plates, cups, good beds, many bathrooms, I love it! Garden: magnificent view, silent, pizza oven, bbq, lounge beds, huge swimmingpool! Surroundings: silent area, a few houses in the neighbourhood, a 5km drive uphill from the village, 20-30 min drive to bologna, other cities like florence, ferrara, parma, ravenna possible at a day trip Conclusion; a beautifull house, I would love to come back many times!!
