"Piazza Maggiore", in the city center, on the doorstep you'll find the best restaurants, tipical Bolognese taverns, art and culture, museums and the marketplace named "Quadrilatero the most ancient and famous of the city. You will appreciate my flat for these reasons: new location, romantic place, comfortable, intimate, located in a historic building, wonderful flat of 65m2. Dishwasher, coffee machine, flat is suitable for couples, adventurers, families and business trips. A wonderful apartment located on the 2nd floor, completely renovated. Bright living area with a sofa bed and a classic kitchen with an induction cooker, a coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave. Large windowed bathroom with shower. Main bedroom with 180x200 King Size double bed. Second bedroom with 80x200 bunk bed. House is complete with all the amenities: "Essentials" - top quality towels and linens, dishwasher, fridge with frizzer, air conditioning, high speed WiFi heating. Possibility of additional place in the sofa bed, cot and high chair on request.

Beautiful Property! It was very comfortable with air conditioning which was a plus since it was so hot in Bologna this year. Host gave excellent directions to find the property. It is on a very busy corner with lots of great food and drinks

Great stay

The apartment is in a great location and is clean. we stayed 3 nights without any issues. The street is busy and loud during the day and night. We had great communication with the host and her assistant. I would stay there if I returned to Bologna.

Great stay in Bologna

The apartment is in a central location for everything you need in Bologna. Tons of restaurants and cafes right outside the door. Plenty of room for our family of 4 when we needed some downtime in the apartment.

Bologna city center

Fantastic location in the heart of Bologna's historic city center within easy walking distance of sights, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of room for the three of us to use as a home base while exploring this area of Italy. Since it is surrounded by restaurants, it can be a bit noisy at night, but we didn't find it to be an issue. Would stay here again!

Nice centrally located apartment. Ac was a bit under powered - took a day to cool down from 30c to 25c. Close to restaurants and shops, perhaps a little loud in evening.

Charming Balogna Apartment

We have stayed at this property 2 years ago and was very impressed with the apartment and location. It’s city center and comveniently located around many shops, restaurants, and transportation. If you stay in Balogna and don’t rent a car this place is perfect. It was also clean and comfortable.

Great place!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect right next to the center! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Julia’s brother met us outside the apartment and was very helpful. We would come back again!

Julia’s appartment is located right in the heart of Bologna’s city center, which means that you have to walk a little bit from wherever your taxi drops you off. However, the building has an elevator, so there is no hassle to lug your bags upstairs. The apartment is nice and cozy, master bedroom is spacious and its bed is comfortable. There is central AC for all rooms and living area. Kitchen is also nice if a bit tight to the wall. However, it has everything you need to cook a simple meal. It also has a dishwasher. Julia is a very nice host. She’ll contact you about 2 days befor check-in and give you the instructions necessary to get into the building.

Lovely Property but Loud

The apartment was beautiful and worked very well for us. Elevator access was very convenient. The smells of Bologna (the food!) were amazing.The only negatives were the sounds of the restaurants below. The patrons were happy and enjoyed themselves late into the night. Also -- on Saturdays, finding a taxi service with our suitcases and wheelchair was difficult since all streets in the area closed off for foot traffic that day.

Perfect Place

We so enjoyed our 5-night stay at the apartment on the via Pescherie Vecchie. Very quiet for being so incredibly central, just off the Piazza Maggiore in a lively and fun location. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, and very reasonably priced. Julia was helpful and communicative throughout the process. Great find!

Everything was perfect

The location couldn't be better (Piazza Maggiore was at our feet), the building is interesting, so is the appartment. It is fully equipped, AC, spacious, no problem in the bathroom. Spacious beds, me and other 3 friends slept all right. Check in process very easy, self check in. Thank you Julia, recommend!

In the middle of everything

What I loved about Bologna when I visited last year was the small alleys filled with lively pubs and restaurants. This led me to choose this unit which was literally on the doorsteps of some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. My only caution is that being on the doorsteps means that some of the noise filters upwards into the unit until a bit after midnight. It didn’t bother me, but if you’re wanting a bit more serene, this might not be for you. The character and beautiful chandeliers were real treats to enjoy in this very local, authentic rental.

Perfect Location in Center of Market

This was a great property, and Julia provides all the info needed to get in. Be sure to read the communications thoroughly! I had some issues because I did not, and any difficulties were my fault, not the host’s. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of the market area, so you just have to leave the building and you are in the center of it all. The Piazza Maggiore is steps away, as well as a wide selection of restaurants. Highly recommended if you want convenience to the historic district.

Great Location in the Heart of all the Action

My husband, son, and I stayed at this flat for two nights. Julia made the whole check-in and check-out process super easy and was very responsive when I had any questions. All of the action of Bologna, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. are literally outside the front door. With that, it can get a little noisy at night, but nothing that a white-noise app on your phone cannot drown out. It was super convenient for everything and totally worth the little noise during the late evening hours. The flat was very comfortable and we loved that it has air conditioning (we discovered not all flats do in Europe). The bed was comfortable, too. If we ever revisit Bologna, we will stay here again.
