“great hotel but....................................”

the hotel was an absolute delight.The staff helpful and friendly and the pool was most welcome after a hot day s siteseeing.well cared for and very clean. But the location, unless you have a car ,is far from perfect. The nearest bus stop is 800m away. to get to the hotel or make your way to the bus stop you have to walk along a 3 lane highway, not an easy thing to do with suitcases! to reach the bus stop or reach the hotel from the bus stop you have to go through an unused car park which is frequented, any time of the day, by ladies of the night! not a pleasant experience if you have a young family or are a single lady or group of females; given the type of people such activities encourage! the last bus from the centre of bologna leaves at 8:30 pm so a taxi ride,at a cost of around 10 e is called for. But it is a very nice hotel!
