The hotel was very clean and well looked after, the staff were very helpful and polite. There was breakfast available in the morning although we didn’t try it. We couldn’t find anywhere nearby to buy groceries, somewhere on site would have been great. Also a bar on site would have been most welcomed.

Excellent accomodations for those wishing to visit Venice. The Hotel provides vouchers for sale to ride the bus and water taxis while visiting Venice. Ample parking for those wishing to drive to the hotel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Gave advice about transportation and easy to get to Venice by bus right infront of the hotel. Rooms were clean and confortable.

The hotel has a bus stop right in front which was convenient. I was disappointed with the comfort of the bed. The air was almost non existent. The staff was rude. Breakfast room was so hot. Bring mosquito repellent because if you get there early and wait outside you need it.

Clean, amazing staf, easy teansport to Venice
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! First there is a direct bus take you from this Hotel to Venice (20 min), you can use same venice bus ticket with this bus, amazing. All was perfekt: room is clean, breakfast, staf, AC, Reception help you with public transport or taxi, there is resturant snd cafe surround hotel. The only thing I missed was water boiler in the room otherwise nothing to complain

Previous reviews allowed us to prepare for a second class vermin invested hotel. Nothing could be further from the truth- the hotel was extremely clean & comfortable, with excellent friendly, competent & helpful staff . The hotel is not situated in the middle of an industrial estate, it's in the village. Bonuses included the shuttle service & the near bus stops. .A ready snack machine of some kind could have proved beneficial to complement the excellent coffee machine.

Pillows were flat as a board and hard as a rock. Lights were on poor sensors so many portions of the hallway were very dark. Room numbers had no order whatsoever. Lobby and stairwell lights didn't come on at all until 630am, so had to use flashlight to get a coffee from the machine. AC wasn't cool at all.

Hotel Palladio has all you need for a comfortable mid-range hotel, they have good wifi, vending machines for coffee, snack and beverages and a free shuttle service in the morning that will take you to Venice. Note* if u miss the shuttle, The Bus 53E Venezia (station across the street) will take you to Venice if you have no car, this bus is pretty regular, make sure to take the bus 53E PER Malcontenta on the way back otherwise you’ll end up some place else! Believe me, I made that mistake on my first day haha. I wish the hotel has a bar or some sort of amenities for the guest, being it’s almost off the beaten path, it would be nice if we can grab a beer or wine after a long day of exploring venice. There’s not a lot of food joint close to the hotel. If you have no car make sure to stock up on munchies or snacks if you are staying more than just a weekend.

The hotel is good if you are on a short stay. However, i book for a week and all room doesn't have a kettle and iron which was the only dissatisfaction we had.They doesn't also offer laundry service. The staff were nice and parking wasn't an issue. If you need public transport the bus stop is opposite. However, the free shuttle they provide to venice you can only book at the reception at 8am the same day which was a pain

I was very excited to stay at the hotel Palladio, the price was great. I thought the free “shuttle service” made up for the fact that it was 25 mins from the city center. Unfortunately upon our arrival, we were told the shuttle service only makes ONE trip to Venice. You need to reserve a spot for the day starting at 8 am for the ONE shuttle that leaves at 9 am. THE SHUTTLE IS A VAN, this van holds about 8 people. So if you call at 8:10 and all spots are reserved then you cannot take the shuttle for that day. You would think a hotel that advertises a Shuttle service would have more than one trip. One good thing is the hotel is across from a bus stop that takes you directly to the city center since the shuttle is basically non existent. When we got to our room it looked clean but smelled very bad. It smelled like toilet water had been sitting for a long time. The smell never went away! We checked out at 6 am and there was no one at the front desk. There was also no sign anywhere on the front desk letting you know to just leave your key on the desk. We waited for about 10 to 15 mins along with other guests to check out. We decided to call the front desk on the phone, the clerk answered and came in from somewhere outside of the hotel. He seemed annoyed and said to just leave the keys on the desk.

There is no free shuttle from or to airport as advertised, they arranged a private taxi for 85 Euros each way, a bit over priced for a 30km ride. The room smelled musty. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

Poor internet, we had none in our rooms most of the time. The telephone didn't work so when I was trying to resolve the issue, I had to keep walking down to reception. The staff were not that bothered about the problem.
