The room we had, they elavated a relatively small space by putting excellent attention to detail in the decorations and the amenities. From the lobby to our room the decor was beautiful and the air fresh. The cleanliness was amazing! Our bathroom spacious and beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IT!

Our host was absolutely amazing. The very last minute we broke a piece of luggage and she was considerate enough to even tape it up for us and send us to a store where we could buy another one.

Horrible. Please save your money and do not come here. While I was staying here with my family there was a water leak from the bathroom when I first arrived, we told the owners to fix the leak in the bathroom. But that did not happen as when we got back after being in the city the leak was still there. While we were sleeping the leak spilled into our room and all our belongings were damaged from the water leak. The bathroom wasn't even in the room it was in the hallway. After I called the host and he arrived I didn't even get a simple sorry. Please beware of this place.

Not as advertised, blinds were broken, bed was a pull down bed and very uncomfortable, bedding was bad. Took half an hour for someone to arrive to let me in. Bathroom was across the hall though the advert said it was in the room, the shower flooded and I had to lock my door just to keep it closed.

Very nice hotel, with large spacious rooms and friendly staff. A cozy kitchen where you can always have tea or coffee. Breakfast included. It is located in the center of Mestre, where there are many supermarkets nearby and the town square too. I felt at home there.
