The host was there at the home to great us and answer any questions we had. The concierge as help with booking round-trip airport transportation from and to the Tulum airport. One of the best parts was having the full time chef. We planned to go out a couple of times to eat but after eating there a couple of times we changed our minds and never left to go out and eat!
