From the time we walked in until the time we left the staff and facility was extraordinary. We ate like pigs, slept like bears, and partied like rock stars. In the words of Arnold " I'll be Back "

"Oldish charm"
The staff were so wonderful. They answered every question with pleasure and were quick to respond to any compaints. the hotel itself has an oldish charm to me at least. (I'm barely an adult haha). Lots a beautiful fresh flowers everywhere which was really pleasing to see in the morning. Our room was nice and big and the beds are comfy. The hotel itself is in a good location and is about a 3-5 minute walk from all the clubs and restaurants. Would recommend.

"First Visit to Cancun"
This was our first time in Cancun and we were traveling with our adult children and their friends. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with champagne and cold bottled water. I don't know if it was because of our Expedia VIP Access, but we were truly treated like VIPs! We were even upgraded to ocean view rooms. Everyone, from the lady who cleans your room to the waiters, bartenders, maintenance staff, etc, go out of their way to make you feel welcome, The food is fabulous, make sure you try the Italian and Japanese restaurants, you will be pleasantly surprised. For the guys, don't forget to pack a collared shirt and pants (jeans are Ok) to go to the restaurants or they won't let you in no matter how dressy your shorts are. It is annoying, but the food is worth it. They don't take reservations so plan on going early if you don't want to wait too long for a table at the Italian Restaurant. The hotel isn't as new as other nearby hotels, but the size is perfect. Although the A/C is a little noisy, the room and bed are so comfortable, it really didn't matter. You are just a few steps from the beach and can even get bar service when laying on the beach. Our kids, all in their late 20's loved this. Tips are included but you are treated so well everywhere that you can't help wanting to give more so take plenty of small bills. We had an issue with our final hotel bill upon check-out, but the manager immediately rectified the error for us.

"Luxury on the beach!"
I just returned from a week long stay at the LeBlanc Spa and Resort (8/17 - 8/24). This was my first trip to Cancun, Mexico. I selected LeBlanc based on reviews and some word of mouth, and, they seemed to fit all my requirements of an all-inclusive, including it being an adults only resort. I cannot begin to express the luxurious experience of LeBlanc. First class all the way. I was in an ocean view room on the 8th floor and it was simply breath-taking getting up early morning to the amazing view. Incredible. The room was clean, the shower was amazing and the tub experience was extremely fun. The butlers are incredibly helpful, courteous and completely go out of their way to make your experience everything you could want. I had Benito and Tomas and I sure wish I could have them around home. :-). I cannot begin to explain how fantastic the infinity pool is, oh my goodness, views to die for! But, by far, the best swim up bar EVER! I practically slept there! The bartenders are the best on the planet. There is Victor and Luis and Geraldo and, the number ONE guy ever, MANUEL. I did everything I could to get him packed into my suitcase! ;-). He is outstanding and does everything to perfection! All top shelf liquor and the most fun and amazing drinks! Manuel does everything with a smile on his face and treats everyone supremely! I cannot say enough good things about this terrific man! The restaurants are excellent, the breakfast buffet is amazing, you must try th

"Very Happy, Great Hotel!"
Before we arrived, I read about some negative comments regarding construction, noise, slow staff...etc, and I almost wanted to cancel the trip. But luckily when we got there, everything turned out amazing! Hotel is in the absolutely best location of the hotel zone. Beautiful view, clean beach, not crowded at all, and convenient walking distance to shopping/restaurant areas. Front desk staff are very friendly (Manu and Michelle in particular). They gave us direction to Isla Mujures for snorkeling, market 28 for shopping, help us break the large $500 peso bill to small bills so we can take bus rides......we are a family of 4 and this is our first trip to Cancun, so everyday I had to go to the front desk with different needs, and every time they are pleasant and helpful! I would highly recommend everyone to take advantage of the double credit deal on food and beverage(you put down $100 and spend $200 on hotel restaurants and bars), this makes dining in the hotel very affordable. And the upgrade to the Altitude club is very much worth it. You get nice breakfast in the morning and cocktail in the afternoon, which always include fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice. As a family with young children, we are so happy that they enjoy such healthy diet everyday. Amazing hotel, we are very satisfied with everything they offered!

    Where to stay in Cancun?

    Step back in time

Famed for its ancient origins as much as its current-day bustle, Cancun's Mayan Ruins take in striking architecture, spectacular art, and culturally diverse structures. Between the 1980s and the present, Cancun has transformed itself from a jungle village into a diverse holiday resort comprising ancient relics and sandy beaches, and providing a haven for water sports fanatics and beach holidaymakers alike. Buttressing south-east Mexico's coastline, this part of the Yucatan Peninsula contrasts Caribbean-facing luxury hotels with bars and restaurants overlooking the romantic Nichupte Lagoon.

Ancient Mayan Cancun has more than left its mark on the modern incarnation of the city - most obviously in the form of Chichen Itza, the cultural center of Cancun. The Kukulkan Pyramid forms a striking figurehead, standing at a height of over 75 feet as part of the ancient mysterious city. It's also worth spending some time at the archaeological site so that you can experience the less obvious points of attraction, such as the Cenotes (sinkholes), an ideal setting for a solid day's freshwater swimming.

    Interact with nature

Enjoy views of the Cancun jungles with some horseback riding --it's the freest way to explore the matchless destination of Cancun, a truly different taste of the Mexican way of life. And why not swim with dolphins? You can be a part of their aquatic world, and experience their serenity and benevolence face-to-face. And if that's still not enough then why not visit Xcaret, an ancient Mayan village which now comprises an underground river, aquarium, and aviary? It's a truly unique experience - an otherworldly paradise.

If thinking outside the box is your thing, spend some time in Tulum; set atop a cliff overlooking the Caribbean, Tulum is home to Xel-Ha, the world's largest natural aquarium. Tulum's structures date back more than seven centuries, and the 40-foot high El Castillo pyramid is the aesthetic focus.

    Regional specialities

Downtown Cancun gives a taste of the local way of life with a plethora of regional specialities ready and waiting. Be it indigenous cuisine, live music, or local handicrafts you're after, it's all there; it's a taste of the true Mexicana to contrast with the Americanized city center.

Accommodation can mainly be found in the famous Zone Hotelera, an area shaped like a '7' featuring bridges connecting to the mainland. Rough beaches envelop the vertical side of the '7', while the horizontal end provides a tropical paradise for surfers and sun-seekers alike. The 14-mile beach stretch is where the city comes alive at night; the vast selection of bars and clubs means there is bound to be one to suit your taste. The area undertakes the great feat of transforming itself from the world's second largest coral reef during the daytime to a lively party city at night.
