"Diego was awesome and explained everything about the property. We were welcomed with a drink and a cold wet cloth which was much needed after our walk to the hotel. Loved this place and they even have a DJ in the cenote area. Definitely recommend this place."

And don’t worry, if you want to step out to the night life/ beach parties, it’s just a 15 min cab ride, then back to Zen and relaxation. A must book! Perfect balance. "The parking is right in front of the hotel, the pool is bigger than it looks and very nice and clean, the beach was calm and there are many seating options including hammocks on a beautiful dock, the rooms were very clean and comfortable with large bathrooms, water bottles were free, complimentary breakfast was excellent and you could order from many choices (hot food), plus staff were helpful and friendly. Beautiful location at a great price! Highly recommend. There are other hotels nearby...
