"Enjoyed our stay. The weekend, there was a family that was smoking weed and it went all through out the property, but i will not hold it against the property. Pool was good. Apartment was solid. Bring blankets if you get cold easily. Kitcen was clean. It really was a pretty nice place. Would recommend to friends and family. "

"The place was cute and cozy. Perfect size for me and my friend for a weekend stay I like that each room had their own bathroom and how close it was to the beach. The property manager was very friendly and would respond quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location north of the main tourist spots but next door to Clayton's if that's your thing. Place was clean and easily slept our family of 5. Full kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and bathrooms were stocked with extra towels. The entire complex is non-smoking so we enjoyed a lot of patio and pool time. 5/5 would recommend."

"We had a fantastic time in SPI. The condo is a tight fit for a family of 4 and a dog but definitely doable. It was clean and well-stocked. Location can’t be beat! Extra security paid for by the building during Spring Break was also greatly appreciated, and the owners were very responsive! Highly recommend this condo."

"Its a nice place right on the beach with its own bar & grill just steps away. It was quiet at night & our room was comfortable. Our only complaints would be the window unit a/c didnt always keep us cool enough & the bathroom sink drain smelled like sewer every time we ran the water. The staff here are nice & we enjoyed our stay. We could sit on our balcony & watch the ocean waves."
