Our Step's To the Beach is just about 120 steps to the nearest beach access and Butterfly Park. In the opposite direction this condo is a few steps from from the local ice cream parlor and the famous Blackbeard's Restaurant. Location is everything on South Padre Island. You can walk to local shops, restaurants, and exercise on the bike trail. Falcon House is located in the heart of South Padre Island! Private parking for one vehicle, and there is a shared courtyard where you can gather with friends! Sit on the patio with a refreshing beverage or just Cross the Boulevard and be immediately on the beach! Great condo that sleeps 6. You can even bring your best friend Fido! See you Soon!!

location is super close to the beach. bed is huge and comfy and the outdoor shower was clutch. would stay here again

Fell in love with this condo

Everything about this condo was amazing! Great space for my little family get a away. The beach is literally 100 yards away and there is alot of stores and restaurants nearby. I would ded stay hehe again

Not what it seemed from pictures and listing.

Property didnt appear to be cleaned. Had sand on the floor soon as we walked in. Listing isnt accurate.

Highly Recommend! Close to the beach!!

Perfect for a family or a couple! 1 bdrm, a pull out couch in the living room, 2 bunkbeds for littles! Super clean! Close to everything! Blackbeards is walking distance, (great dinner there 1 night) the beach is maybe 1/2 block away with views of the water from the balconies! Did Meatball Cafe one night, really yummy! Lots of fun with family who met us there from Austin and stayed at a different location. Yvonne is a sweetheart and so helpful! We will definitly be recommending to friends and hoping to stay again soon! Thank you Yvonne!
