2 Story Island Vacation House built in 1997. 3 bedroom/2 bath. Sleeps up to 10 people. Nicely decorated.
Upstairs 1st bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen & twin beds. Bathroom adjoins the 2 bedrooms & entry from the great room. Living room has a sofa sleeper, best suitable for a child/teen.
Downstairs has a large bedroom with 2 full beds & a futon. Futon best of children. 2nd bathroom is in bedroom. Downstairs living area has a day bed, best suitable for a child/teen.
Fenced-in backyard and secure windsurf/kite board equipment racks on back patio. Garage has can be used by renters for equipment safekeeping.
Quiet location 300 yards down the street from the bayside water where there are benches for sunset viewing.
1-3 blocks of 3 of SPI’s premier windsurf/kite board shops which offer lessons and rent excellent equipment.
2 blocks from Gulf beach.
Walking distance to convenience store and great restaurants!
Less than 1 mile from SPI Birding & Nature Center.
1 mile to the famous Clayton’s Beach Bar, 5 blocks from Wanna Wanna Beach Bar.
Owners live in house next door for great service and island advice.

Perfect place for dogs and dog lovers! Location to beach was a quick walk, and kitchen space was large with perfect counter for Thanksgiving Shrimp Boil! Helped us forget there was a pandemic for a minute!

Amazing

Arlene was just an amazing person! This was our first time renting a home for vacation and it was just beautiful. The home was clean and with 8 people and 2 dogs, I’d say I wouldn’t go anywhere except here when I visit south padre island.

Arlene was absolutely amazing to work with! She was very welcoming to us as print breakers. Her house had everything you could ever need on vacation. The house was in a nice location within the island. Would definitely come back and recommend Arlene!

Fantastic Place at a Fantastic Price!

This is an outstanding place for all ..but especially for a large family with pets. The property couldn't be more well suited to accommodate most any family or situation. Escaping Reality With The Corillo

We had an awesome time and we enjoyed every minute of our visit! Recommendation: The housekeeping team should be on the same page as the owner; we as guests left the bathroom's cleanliness in better shape than they were turned in to us. It’s important to make sure that all is great before next guests arrive.

Perfect location and clean

This house had it all. Clean and within 1 minute to the bay by car. 3 minutes to the beach access. Owner was very accommodating. Had beach toys for the kids so we didn't have to waste money. The backyard was relaxing while we BBQ on the grill provided. Would definitely stay again. No complaints whatsoever.

Viento Vista Christmas 2024

We loved the house. The owner met us for the initial walk thru. Had two sets of keys- perfect for the guys to go fishing and the girls to junk shop. Christmas time was perfect. Temperatures was in the 70's each day. I recommend anyone who needs the space to check this one out. We ate in every meal but the last night we ordered pizza to save the clean up. Plan to go back as soon as we can work it out.

Would rent again...

The place was in a great location...in walking distance to the beach..the home itself was spacious and served us well for the time we were there. Really did love the spacious kitchen. Home owner was really informative and helpful. Only negative we found with the home was one of the bedrooms had a really bad fishy smell to it. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay there on the island. Thank you.

Very nice home close to the beach

Arlene was an amazing host. The home was clean and very nice we enjoyed our stay here at south padre island. The home is in a nice secluded spot with a wonderful view of the fireworks and the beautiful sunset. Very spacious house with enough beds for everyone. Wonderful home and island would recommend it for big families or even small ones.

Amazing Beach Stay – Pet-Friendly and Fully Stocked!

We loved our stay at this beach rental! It's in a perfect location—just a short walk or drive to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed: a full kitchen, comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and even beach gear. Our dog loved the backyard!Clean, cozy, and convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home! The pictures do not do it justice. Nice home with lots of room. It was clean and a great place to relax when we were ready for downtime.
