"The location makes this property worth it, tucked in the alleyway in the middle of everything. Walkable to everything the town of Telluride and Mountain Village have to offer. Downside is that you will hear people walking around upstairs. You will be surrounded by dumpsters used by the local shops and restaurants. There is no view and no storage for clothes. Having said that, it was great for a couple and dog who spent most of their time outdoors."

"This rental is the perfect location, we walked everywhere or took the Town bus that has a stop nearby. The driver will drop you at corner nearest the rental if you ask! The space was extremely clean and had everything we needed… fluffy towels, pillows of all sorts, lots of blanket options, tv, and a kitchen. "Very cozy suite that had mostly everything you could want from bathroom items and kitchen supplies. Located just a few minutes from Telluride, rarely had to use the car because I could walk everywhere. Only issue I had was the parking pass which was located in a welcome binder. However instead of being a hanging tag it was a print out copy that was kind of faded and hard to read. Other than the small issue, enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for others."

"The location was excellent! Six minute walk to the gondola to get to the slopes. Walking distance to everything downtown. The condo was clean and very well stocked with everything that you would need. The bed was comfortable which is a hard find when you’re usually renting a place. The best part was the heated bathroom floor. I will definitely plan on staying here again."

"Avant stay was very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The only things that would have been nice would have been a heads up on the construction directly across the alley which began every morning at 7am with loud workers hammering/sawing. However there is construction ongoing around town. It wouldn’t have changed where we stayed but a head up for next time. Otherwise the house was located in a great spot to bike or walk anywhere in town!...
