Rustic, convenient and comfortable

This property is nicely priced for what you get. It is conveniently located near cross country skiing (15 minutes away) and the access to a private hot spring is phenomenal. We enjoyed soaks in the hot mineral waters. This property is above a bar, but the noise levels were negligible when we went to bed. Be prepared for cool temperatures in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our room was plenty warm as it had a space heater.

We had a great time in Rico, but I will say that this experience isn’t for everyone. The property comprises of 4 rooms with two shared bathrooms and one communal kitchen. Luckily we were the only ones who had booked the place during our stay, so it was actually MORE than we needed. This would be an ideal space for a larger family whom is used to sharing a home together. The units are above the Enterprise Bar; and we thoroughly enjoyed our nightcap (4 nights in a row) with Jasmine and Dana. My husband and I sleep like rocks, so we didn’t mind the music from the patrons. But if you aren’t ready to party, you might want to check out another space. We never made it to the Hot Springs, but we hope to be back next year… so there’s still time!
