"The property excelled in many areas during my stay from check-in to check-out. However, my room did have a mildew smell, the room's overall cleanliness was well maintained. The complimentary breakfast offering was a nice touch with a variety of fruit. The Hyatt house is always been my go-to hotel in Tallahassee."

"The room was clean except for the only full length mirror on the back of the door, and it was dirty for the two nights we stayed. On the second night no coffee was provided in the room. We requested some and were brought enough to make one cup and it was brought to us after midnight. After we had gone to sleep. Our key did not work the morning of check out but they fixed it and allowed us a late checkout."

"The hotel could do a better job maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and common areas throughout the day. The floors were dirty leading up to the elevators, and there were Starbucks cups left in the hallway for two days without being picked up. That said, I understand there is a lot of foot traffic since the hotel is located in a busy college-town area. On a positive note, the beds were extremely comfortable, which ultimately is what matters most for a good night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus and very convenient. Overall, despite the cleanliness concerns in the common areas, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable."

"Great location but the property is old and under construction. The hotel elevator is inconvenient and there’s no breakfast except if you want to pay. There are many better options in the area but if you can’t find any other places, this is likely a 2 star backup."

"Very cute place to wind down. Never would have thought something so quiet and relaxing would be in the perfect location of Tallahassee. It’s my number one stay now that I know it’s there! Let’s not forget to mention bed. I’ve stayed in expensive places and their beds still doesn’t top BOB bed!!! 10/10 highly recommend! Oh the aesthetic made it even better"
