"Reserved a King Suite Arrived and was given a regular room. Requested another room and was denied at first with the clerk stating nothing else was available. I persisted in requesting a room that met my reservation and the manager was called. A double queen room was provided. Should not have an issue like this on a reservation made well in advance."

"My overall stay was very nice. I liked the hotel. If I'm ever in the area again, i still be staying here again. The only 2 items I had were, the beds were a little too firm for us and we were traveling with a 3 year old and 4 year old and they put us in a room with only a shower, no bath tub. Making it hard for bath time."
