"This is a beautiful place and the beach is right out the door! The sunrise views were amazing. We enjoyed walking the beach to looks for shells, surf fishing, and watching the dolphins. The hot tub was great to relax in, especially with the cooler temperatures during our stay. The deck was fantastic to hang out on, though the baby gates made it difficult to get up and down carrying luggage. These would be great for those with pets or small kids, but that wasn't our case. We enjoyed the golf cart use before it broke, and was out for repairs the rest of our trip, we had a great time just cruising on the golf cart. The floors inside the house appear to have had water damage, totally understandable on the beach in Florida, but we did have our feet pinched a few times when the planks would move. Overall we had a great and relaxing trip and would definitely stay again! "

"Beautiful house with awesome views of the gulf and the bay from all rooms. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Location is very relaxing. I can't wait to go back."

"A clean and well equipped home. Great waterfront view. We were greeted by lady host, we were told owner was right next door, feel free to stop by with questions, or issues. When Wifi didn't connect, I walked over to get suggestions on getting a connection, and was chewed out for disturbing him???? "

"Home was not large but clean and well appointed. Excellent location. “Unapologetically beachfront” close to gulf with waves coming below deck during high tide. Best location in the area. Many dolphins swimming the week we stayed. Relaxing and quiet week with daily walks on beach and Bald Point State Park. Exactly what we needed. Shore fishing from deck was a plus. Dog friendly area. "

"Wonderful private cottage with all the comforts of home. Well stocked kitchen, multiple places to rest, play games, watch movies. But the yard and surrounding area are the real treasure! So peaceful and secluded. Saw deer and all manner of birds from the backyard. A gem of a place! A perfect spot to reset. "

"House was perfect for sibling reunion. It’s in a wonderfully uncrowded location. You are in the woods and on the beach. The “Forgotten Coast” is amazing. Each sibling had a night to cook and facilities were amazing. Very comfortable home.We saw one person on the beach the entire week! Trail head to Bald State Park within walking distance. Highly recommend if you want peaceful setting in Old Florida without crazy tourist attractions and crowds."
