The only feedback would be that the Queen bed was tired and not very comfortable. Mattress could do with replacing."

"The property is in an excellent location close to the beach and with magnificent views across the bay to the mountains in Freycinet NP. There is a nice deck with a pan outside dining set and barbecue from which to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well equipped. The one downside to the property is that there are no clothes closets."

"All the ratings are correct but there isn’t one for furnishings. The bed is possibly the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in, the doona is second rate and has discoloured, and the blankets need updating. The living room couches are past their use by date (my back was hurting after the first of four nights). When charging these prices all the furnishings should be gorgeous, the cost to upgrade would probably total about $5,000. The bathroom/laundry are great and the kitchen is fine. The...

The location...so close to the beach...incredible panoramic views from the abundance of windows...big fireplace...beautiful linen and cosy beds. Love the Vintage beach shack vibe and simple furnishings. A house to feel comfortable in and relax. Thank you to the host Andrew, for sharing this wonderful house."
