The hotel is next to the tram. 5 minutes to middle of Surfers and 5 minute walk to a patrolled beach

The property was so close to the beautiful beach and tram stop out front. The only problem was staying on the 23rd floor. There is always so much noise throuhout the night coming from above, not sure if there doing renovations at night or moving stuff around. This happened every night of our stay, from midnight to around 3 or 4 in the morning. We stayed 4 nights. So in regards to that probably go for a bottom floor or close to the ground

Great experience checking in with a training staff who was very professional, I didn’t realise she was only on training! Loved the facilities, the pool, the gym and the number of restaurants available. A highlight is the tram stop right at the front of the hotel, making it easy to go to Pacific Fair or to Cavill Ave. Clean, excellent rooms, great service.

We were on 19th floor and the views were amazing. The rooms and bathrooms were good sized and daily housekeeping was great. The buffet breakfast was good. The only negative was that the property is old and shows its age. But that’s more than compensated by the staff, location, views and access to guest laundry.
