“Nice Western style Buffet breakfast & soft beds”
Very Fancy Hotel with Softer beds compared to the rock hard Chinese standard Hotel beds, fast internet connection, and full deluxe Western style buffet breakfast.

this hotel had everything needed, the staff was great and understood english, exchanged US dollars. a nice place to stay
“A comfortable night”
The Best Western is located in a newer neighborhood of Shenzhen (although admittedly the whole city is "newer"). The street is very dark and there is little in the immediate vicinity except a railway station but a five minute walk down the street and you are near large malls, convenience stores, massage parlors, etc. One drawback in the hotel's street. Prostitutes tend to loiter outside the hotel and pass out cards however the neighborhood also felt safe. The hotel itself is nice with extremely comfortable beds and a great TV package with ESPN, CNN, etc. The staff was very helpful and friendly upon arrival and checkout. I would reccomend this hotel to someone coming to Shenzhen for one or two nights as a stop over to/from Hong Kong (about 30 minutes from the Shekou ferry terminal) however it is very far from the airport (45 minutes) and thus bad if you have an early morning flight.
“Great value, great location!”
Lo Wu station is right in front, easy access to the Metro, HK border and the train to Guangzhou. Clean and convenient. If you tire of the buffet, there are lots of restaurants at Lo Wu station. Area is safe, we went out every night to go to the Shenzhen Metro station. Recommended.
“nice hotel”
The hotel is nice. The staff speaks English and are friendly and helpful, which is a nice change over the surly service so common in the states. It does not seem much like China being there but it is refreshing some times to be able to go to a place where things are familiar and it is easy to figure out what is going on. For a comfortable night in what are relatively luxurious surroundings at an affordable price this is a good place.

Better than I'd anticipated, room clean and comfortable, 2 minutes walk to train station and shopping, staff helpful, great value massages!
“Will return on next visit to Shenzhen”
I had a great stay in this hotel. The hotel itself was very neat and clean. The staff was very helpful and catered to every need that I had. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The airconditioner was working good as it was very hot and humid, especially for my California blood. The location was good, right next to the Luohu metro station and many great restaurants and shopping. The restaurant was buffet and was just so-so. But with so many great restaurants in Shenzhen, why stay in the hotel to eat? In all fairness, I only ate one meal there and it was my first day for breakfast. Good job Best Western Felicity! I'll give you 5 stars.
“A nice hotel of convenient location”
This is a very nice hotel, right across from Hong Kong, for one third of the price of similar hotels in Hong Kong. There are shuttles to Hong Kong Airport (20 bucks) and local airport. Food is excellent. You can shop in Hong Kong all day and come back in the evening and enjoy masssage at the hotel.
“Great location to the shopping at Lo Wu”
Arrived here after spending the previous night at the Shangri-La in Guangzhou which is pretty amazing, so obviously this hotel was not quite as luxurious. However, the hotel was clean, the staff friendly and my room very comfortable apart from a slightly hard bed. Best of all, the hotel is about 5 minutes away from all the good shopping at Lo Wu so not far to stagger back with all the bags.
