"The staff was extremely kind, helpful and professional- 5 star service for sure!! The room was big, clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in the family suite with bunk bed and king bed. The hotel hallways and room were a bit older than I expected from the pictures. The lighting in rooms was dark, older carpet and some chipped paint. But it was spacious and clean- we were there for one night for its proximity to Universal Studios. Pool was heated, but still cold for me (kids liked it)-...

"The shower head hose was broken so it was spraying everywhere. The drain did not drain properly and it flooded the bathroom. I told the woman at the front desk and she said she would send more towels to the room to clean up the water, but never did. Maintenance was gone already for the night so no fixing it. At 2am it sounded like a cleaning crew in the halls and it was so loud."
