The bathroom in my original room wasn’t clean, but the staff responded immediately and quickly moved me to another room. Repacking was inconvenient, but their quick service was greatly appreciated. Everything else was great—beautiful hotel and perfect location for the Peacock Theater!

The condition of my original room was poor. The whole room should have been redone. The furniture was worn. On the beds, you can see where the material was worn off. The couch was dirty. We didn't sit on it at all. The flooring was also worn and in need of repair. The dresser was also chipped. This didn't seem like an IHG branded hotel. I let the staff know that I didn't expect the condition of the room and I was transferred to another room. They were very helpful in making this change.

The property is convenient with a nice view!. However, the room was not too clean!. The carpet was old and filthy as well as the furniture!. The room was needed à revamp all over!. Dusty floors and walls and underneath the furniture!. Couch was and chairs were dirty and stained. The bed was uncomfortable with old and saggy mattress. The covers had been used by precious guest!.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is really helpful, helped us check in early. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really great, large, and the shower room was amazing (nothing like taking a hot shower at the end of the day with a strong shower head). Plus, the room and the beds were really comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room is extremely worn. I had stayed in this room a couple years ago, the exact same room, and the tile when you walk in has the same dirt marks on it so it’s not been thoroughly cleaned. The headboard is peeling leather and appeared to have sweat marks. Making it less than favorable to sleep next to, I slept on the sofa. The bar serves drinks and lunch, which is helpful however, bartender was going around, taking peoples orders, but never approached us, which was a bummer. I ended up just placing my order at the bar and cutting to the chase. For similar price I could’ve stayed at the JW at the same weekend and shows this it’s hard because it’s not as chaotic next time. I will spend a few extra bucks and go to the JW which is less than a half mile down the street.
