A good location only.
Elevator broke down twice and my wife had trouble walking up 4 flights of stairs. Luckily the attendant carried up our heaviest bags. Safe did not work. Not good because we want to protect our passports. It should be a combination and not a key that can be copied. Keys had a hotel tag with our room number and hotel name. If someone stole our keys and entered in the evening with a new attendant he could have walked into our room without being questioned by the night attendant. Beds were extremely hard. Shower way too small. Had trouble getting in and out and showering. TV did not have any english channels. Only positive we’re the attendant and location.

It’s okay
Hotel is on the 4th floor of an old building! The location is great, but that’s basically the only thing you’re paying for, staff are very nice and welcoming, but don’t expect too much, rooms are small and not sound insulated and it’s really hot at least in this time in the summer, we requested the ac to stay on at a reasonable temperature 20c, when we came back the room service turned it off and opened the balcony door which made the room extremely hot, no laundry facility no iron (for safety reasons) I was told, if you can afford to pay 20-30€ more per night I encourage you to stay somewhere else.

Very small room and hotel. There was an overwhelming smell in the room and linens, that of a sweaty gym. Hotel claims to offer parking but please be aware hotel is in a ZTL zone therefore you would not be able to park anywhere nearby. Nearby parking garages also in a ZTL zone.

It’s located at a great part of Rome. You can walk anywhere and all the attractions are near by as are the great restaurants. I would stay here again.

Valentines weekend
Fantastic stay. Very easy check in - all staff spoke good English. Room was great, not huge but perfectly big enough for a couple. Bathroom was fine. All perfectly quiet when window was shut. Location was absolutely perfect, 10 mins to colosseum and Trevi fountain, gelato shop right next door! Lovely stay. Thanks.

I got robbed and assaulted in hotel Martini. The redemption guy let the robber lose while I was screaming for help. They were not calling police, I called 211( Rome police). It’s a scary place.

Comfortable room, great location BUT no masks worn
The location was great and within walking distance to the main attractions. Also the hop on hop off bus was nearby. We were surprised to find the hotel on the fourth floor of a building. The staff didn’t understand English very well and none of them wore masks, even when they entered our room!! I have a criticism of Hotels.com because when I put a filter for ‘parking including’ many hotels have ‘parking available’ listed and in fact there is no parking. We were lucky to find a white parking place in the street near to our hotel where we parked our car for three days but we were anxious having to leave our expensive car on the streets in Rome. If we’d understood the wording of ‘parking available’ we would have chosen somewhere different.

Location was great and very central to key tourist sites. Breakfast facilities & food offering were adequate. Size of twin bedroom & bathroom was compact as to be expected, certainly not quite the size it's portrayed in the pictures but clean and tidy. Staff were courteous but they seemed to change shifts frequently so some were more helpful than others depending on who was on duty. The toiletries supply was very minimalistic - just 2 small bottles of shower/hairwash gel, 2 shower caps plus handsoap from a dispenser. I wasn't looking for a big offering but usually have received a smidgeon more. Luckily we were not relying on their supplies and had our own but could be awkward for those travelling lightly and avoiding liquids in their luggage. There was a kettle and a little coffee/tea/sugar in the room - but no milk which I had to ask for when I made one cup of instant coffee. The staff member seemed surprised when I asked for some milk.

Older hotel in a nice location in Rome
Older very dated room with beds that are very difficult to sleep on. Room was clean enough as expected for an older hotel. Elevator is old and creaky though functional. Location on Via Nationale is excellent for most of the touristy sites in Rome. Vatican is a bit far but possible with bus. Rest are pretty much in walking distance or by close bus or close metro. Staff are knowledgable and Continental breakfast was very good with a lot of nice choices.

Do not judge the hotel by the appearance of the entrance. the rooms are renovated. the bad thing is that the walls are a bit thin and the noise could bother you.

Good choice!
Great location! Close to the train station! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good with eggs, meat, cereal, yogurt and fruits and vegetables. Note: the building shakes when big vehicles drive by. Nothing huge but it is enough to notice especially if you are sensitive to movement. In general, the place was very clean, however, our shower had signs of mold in the grouting of the tile which was a concern. Overall, a good place to stay!

Charming and romantic
Beautiful view from outside our window of the church across the street. The room was small but we knew that when booking and it was so charming and romanticly decorated. They made good use of the space so you had places to put all your things. The shower was a bit too cramped for us but would be fine for most people usually. It was a nice hotel and staff were friendly. The service was incredible! We always came back to a really clean and tidy room with fresh towels and toiletries everyday. We were always welcomed with a friendly smile and good advice at the desk and the staff was always ready for a nice chat and a joke. Only issue was on our last night when other customers arrived at the hotel very late at night and were extremely loud and rude till 3:30am. The walls are quite thin so you can hear everything and after knocking on the walls asking them to be quiet they just became louder screaming and laughing. I wish the staff could have intervened as it's suppose to be a 24 hour service.

Very central and very friendly staff.
We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a pleasent stay. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very central. The bedroom was quite spacious and had a high nicely decorated ceiling. The hotel was about 10 to 15 minutes away from Termini Station which enabled us to gain a lot of time in such a small period of time when traveling to other villages outside Rome. We had a pleasent stay.

Lovely traditional hotel with a great location
We arrived at the hotel and got exactly what we paid for. The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. What made it an even better stay was the location. Everything was in walking distance and a 2 might use walk to the main train station. Would definitely recommend this hotel 👌

Friendly and helpful staff. Emailed beforehand and gave me directions from termini (well within walking distance) clean room, a little on the small side but we were informed of this from the start so wasn't a problem. Great location wise for Trevvi fountain, pantheon. Would def recommend :)

Good location if all you need is a place to sleep.
Close to train station and attractions. The shower is very small, no refrigerator in the room, no cold drinks! It was over 90 degrees ferenheit during our stay and the staff turned off the air conditioning when we left the room, needless to say, the room was very warm after our return. Dusty walls and furniture. Only 3 very small tables in the room. Staff was nice but appeared frustrated when we asked questions. There is cable TV, but only in Italian! Breakfast foods were minimal - good coffee.

The hotel is found on the fourth floor of a building centrally located in Rome on a busy street. The room we were assigned might be suitable for a single individual who has a backpack for luggage but otherwise it was best used for a storage room. Luggage has to be piled on the bed or at night piled in front of the door.....there literally was no space to move. The room heater was approx 4 inches from my head when laying down; that is how close the walls are to the bed. The access is by an ancient elevator that froze shut when arriving on the 4th floor and we had to go down several floors and then return to the 4th before it would open. No air conditioning and opening the window exposed us to busy traffic noise all night long........impossible to sleep. Be sure to investigate what you are booking........we didn't and had a very disappointing stay at this hotel.

A very good hotel
It was very nice hotel! I highly recommend it to anyone. There were all you need: good place, good shops, helpful personal, big and clean room. If I would be in Rome again, I stay at this hotel!
