The property is located in the San Giovanni district on the second floor of an elegant building with a lift.

From the apartment you can quickly reach the places of greatest artistic and archaeological interest in the city of Rome (Colosseum, San Pietro, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon).

The structure can accommodate from two to five people. It consists of a lounge, large kitchen, two double bedrooms with balconies, a single bedroom and a comfortable and bright bathroom with shower.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioners. Free internet and wi-fi are available for guests.

HOW TO REACH US

Public transport:

The apartment is located just 500 meters on foot from the "Re di Roma" stop of underground line A.

Alternatively, just 400 meters on foot is the "Roma Tuscolana Railway Station", a direct stop with Fiumicino Airport.

Ciampino Airport is 12 km away. It is easily accessible by shuttle bus.(Terravision, Shuttle Bus).

A few meters from the entrance, there is the stop of the bus line 85. which allows you to reach the historic center.

By car :
Roma Est exit from G. R.A. ; East ring road towards San Giovanni.

Upon request, for a fee, it is possible to take advantage of a private NCC shuttle service to and from the airports of Rome. (Fiumicino and Ciampino).

HOUSE RULES

Check in: from 14.00 to 18.00.

Check out before 11 am.

Check in and out from 24.00 to 05.00 supplement of: 20 Euro.

The minimum stay is 3 nights; maximum of 3 months.

End of stay cleaning fee: 35 Euro.

Upon arrival, guests are required to pay the tourist tax of the Municipality of Rome of Euro 3.50 per person, per day.
Children under 10 years of age, residents in Rome and staff of the Italian law enforcement agencies are exempt from the tax.

The payment of the stay will be settled directly by the guests upon delivery of the keys (Check in). With cash or by debit or credit card Visa and Mastercard, American Express.

Small pets can be accommodated for free on request.

Guests are responsible for the conservation of the apartment, the furniture and the things it contains.

For reasons of public order it is not possible to host strangers in the house without the permission of the Property.

Otherwise, the customer will be removed with the consequent loss of the amounts already paid, without prejudice to any claims for damages.

It is mandatory to respect silence in the time slots between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm and between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am (as per the Condominium Regulations and Municipal Police regulations).

In any case, at any time, behaviors, activities, noises and the use of equipment that may disturb the occupants of the building must be avoided inside the apartment.

At the end of the stay, the property will check the condition of the premises and equipment.
