No accommodations what so ever. Very uncomfortable. I’d definitely say this is one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t expect anything at all. Location is the only thing good but still not the best location.

Next time you can book a 4 star Hotel, pay 200 euro per night and have all service you need. You wanna have rich life spending 40 euro per night ? Ridicolous

Overall a nice stay
You get 3 door keys and it’s pretty secure and comfortable: elevator, AC and beds. It’s conveniently located close to trains and restaurants. I had a great time in Rome.

Ok - nothing special, bed not the best but doable
Nothing special..was a bit odd and the hotel had a creepy vibe but. Bed was very hard and not comfortable but all in all was ok for a night or two.

Clean, comfy room in Rome.
Well located, close to ( but not too close) Termini Station. Clean, quiet , pleasant space, the little balcony was a plus! Helpful owner always ready with directions erc. Would definitely stay again!

Meets the basic needs of the person - close to the train station with a direct line to the main train station. The lift at the property is very old fashioned- but works Room in a noisy residential flat area

Ok what i liked was how close it was to places. I hated many things about it. Eapecially that the reception was almost never there. I will never go back to that hotel.

Horrible bathroom and almost non-functional wifi
The bathroom was flat out horrible. It was small and reeked the smell of sewage. The drainage was so bad that you'd not only stand in a pool when you shower, it floods the bathroom. The rack in the bathroom was rusted too. Room itself was specious but the bed was not comfortable at all. WiFi was super slow and barely working. Overall, do not recommend at all!

Good value for the location, hotel next to the Termini station and within 20 minutes of almost every sightseeing spot apart from Vatican city. Good sized room on the side of the street, so still a bit loud despite the shutters. Check-in was painless though I can't seem to remember seeing the hotel manager again during my stay.

Fairly convenient location fairly close to central train station. Accommodations are nothing fancy but neat & clean. Just a place with a bed to spend a night at a budget price. Staff was obliging even with a early check-in. Entrance kind unusual & hard to find with a tiny elevator.

Decent place to sleep in good location
Affordable considering the value for money is Rome. It provided a good location to Termini train station and if your a keen walker, to every other attraction in Rome. Hard to get help with limited hours reception, but was serviced every day. If you’re looking for just a place to sleep, Hotel Lazzari does the trick!

Good value for your money
Our room had a nice walkout patio. The location was safe and very central. We were 14 minutes walking distance from the Castro Petroli metro. There were a lot of caffes, restaurants, bakeries and groceries around.

Fine hotel for a cheap basic overnight
All I needed was a cheap place in Rome near Termini on the last day of my Italy trip, this was comfortable enough for the price and purpose.

Convenient location
Very clean and secure hotel the bed was extremely small extremely small yes I wrote that twice they should possibly think about small refrigerators for the room as there are no vending machines in or around building to get a cold drink anytime of day a 24 hr front desk would be nice for that matter someone at the front desk more than 4 hours would be nice but this was my first time to Italy so what do I know

Great location with easy access to both metro lines while without going through Terminal. Helpful staff willing to answer your needs. The lift is cool. Downstairs cafe restaurant great for breakfast. But the hot weather and water supply in Rome might cause headache.

Cosy, convenient and reasonable
The hotel is a little hard to find as there is only a small sign on the door and you go to the 2nd floor to find the desk. However, the staff were terrific, the room was comfortable (and had a/c in a very hot Rome) and the value was terrific.

Noise was an issue
Area was ok, but within a couple blocks was iffy, noise happened all night for a couple nights, which would be fine if the windows blocked the noise, but they didn't as well as they could, so the noise continued all night. Otherwise we liked the old style of the room, but bed was very old, so not great

The hotel is located in a quiet area within 10 minutes walk of Roma Termini station, metro station and supermarkets. You get a paper map of Rome at check in. Hotel was quite comfortable and good value for its cheap price. Fine for a short stay.

Hotel was in a great location, could easily walk from the train station and could walk to other attraction (trevi fountain, Spanish steps). Was disappointed by the bedding as requested a double and had two singles pushed together which was extremely uncomfortable.

Older gentleman working at the reception was extremely unfriendly. Location is decent. Keep in mind anywhere near Termini station is not the greatest area in Rome and can be dangerous at night. Overall, clean rooms, clean bathroom and decent beds.

The hotel was only five minutes from the termini station so wasn't too hard to walk there with my heavy suitcase. It wasn't too hard to find and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was good value for a stopover in Rome.

It was great value for money. It was very clean, the rooms had everything we needed, good AC, great internet, and we slept well. Also, the hosts were very nice and accommodating. They were flexible on our timing, responded to our emails, gave good recommendations for Rome, etc. Finally, I have to say something that I hope might not offend Romans because I love the city and the people - but I've had some bad experiences with places in Rome. This place was a good experience. For example, I did not have the following problems that I have had before such as problems with reservation, being overbooked and put in another place, hidden charges (but do remember that you also have to pay a daily city tax per person). Next time in Rome, we are definitely coming back here.

Reasonable price and close to Termini station.
The second floor of the hotel had Lazzari's reception desk. I believe there were three kinds of hotel name coexisting in the same building. The area was nice and safe. The staff, maybe hotel owner handed me three keys. First key is for the main entrance, second key is for the specific floor, and third key is for the room. There was a small elevator which can carry maximum three members. You need to open and close the door of the elevator.

Convenient hotel great for single travellers
I stayed in Hotel Lazzari as a single traveller and appreciated the sense of independence this hotel gave me. The front desk is not under operation 24hrs, but you are given keys to the hotel which means you can come and go as you please. When I arrived the staff we incredibly welcoming and gave great advice about sights to see and places to eat, even offering to point them out on the free maps which they provide. In terms of location, the hotel is a good 45 minute walk to tourist hotspots around the pantheon, and a 25 minute walk to the Spanish steps, but this walk means that you can see most of the city by foot. Metro stations are a 5 minute walk from the hotel otherwise. The area felt safe to walk around at night also. Rooms themselves are quite basic, but everything I needed, toiletries, towels, a safe, free WiFi e.t.c, was provided which is more than can be said for other hotels of the same cost.

Convenient basic hotel
A very small hotel with basic but comfortable room. Our room was large with small but fine bathroom. Extra pillows and bedside ltables with enough light to read by. Very typical Italian.
