The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because it does not have air conditioning. On the other hand, it’s an old building. "We enjoyed the proximity to the Wharf and felt completely safe. Rooms were clean, restaurant was convenient. Would have been 5 stars, but the pool area was under construction and wasn’t open until 5pm (we didn’t get back to hotel until 8:30pm the days we stayed) and the pool closed at 9pm. Then you get hit with a $35/day charge for resort fee when you didn’t get to use the main amenity. Went to front desk and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it. Pretty low class, Hyatt. "
