“Wonderful”
Nice clean hotel. I didn't mind, but the hotel is set on a hillside so there were a lot of stairs (to the lobby, restaurent) and sloping driveway to road. The beach is across the road. The area is very quiet but close walk to town/nightlife. Very clean room, grounds, etc. Would love to stay there again.
“A nice newer resort style location in Patong”
First thig you see as you drive up the driveway is a long flowing waterfall cascading over the many levels of pools that are situated in the hills just up from Patong in the north end of town. While the beds were far too firm for my taste, the food was wonderful, breakfast was great, and the staff was accomidating
“Terence”
Used long time to check-in. Check-out is short. hotel environment is excellent. The room is very good, but the choice of breakfast is not enough and the taste is needed to improve. Shuttle bus to Patong is not enough.
“great, relaxing accommodation”
the place was beautiful when we arrived. wonderful staff and on the bal. shame about the smell that lingers around the outdoor reception though. the room was exactly like the pictures, and the beach was great. loved the isolated location, away from the crowds.

Hotel was clean and spacious, about a 15 minute walk from the beach. The pool was lovely giving a great view of the beach and sunsets especially. Very quiet when we stayed. Staff always friendly.
“Amazingly tranquil”
This Resort & Spa is ideal if you want to get away from the noise of the beach and escape from the rest of the tourist. It has an amazing view from the main pool which is infity style. The best part of the pool is that there is a section with a build in bed for you to sun bathe but still be cool in the water. The room I had had a great view with pleanty of room and space. If you want to go down town the best way is to get in a loca taxi or rent a scooter, that is just outside of the hotel entrance.

only problem to many stairs to the breakfast area but the walk was worth it just to see the view
“Not recommended”
The room was not clean, there was afew spots of dried blood at the side of the bed. There was apile of dust between the bed and the bedside cabinet. The walls were streaky and dirty looking. The bathroom was mouldy and had dust collecting on arcutaves. The sink leaked. No lifts. we had to walk down 40 steps then up 85 steps for breakfast every morning until a fellow holiday maker made us aware that the shuttle bus could takeus, that was not always available. The photos of the hotel must have been from when it was first opened. The staff at breakfast were unprofessional, they seemed to lack supervision and direction. The stairwells have not been cleaned in a long time. The evidence for this was obvious as there was many spillages and blood stains. We would not go back again and would advise others to consider the amount of hills there are, it is not suitable for the eldery or people with walking difficulties.
