Nice hotel with great roof top garden and pool. Room was perfectly cleaned every day. Staff is very kind and helpful. Shuttle to Patong beach. Great breakfast buffet. A bit hard to find since there's only an elevator at ground level. Reception is at 8th floor. I recommand this hotel.

Clean, security good. Location slightly off were most would want. It’s reasonable value for money. Great for shorts stays 1-3 nights max. 4 star but at the lower end. Pay a little more and you can get better 4 stars with better location and more holiday feel. Staff friendly but can over do the niceness a little. I would stay again but only for shorter stays. :)

Friendly staff, very helpful, very comfortable and rooms was immaculate. Staff helped me with luggage. Beds was very big and comfy. Pool was lovely. Restaurant is 24 hours which is amazing and the food is lovely and very well priced. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. We are heading back to phuket before we leave and likely will be booking journey hub again. About 15-20 minute walk from beach and close enough to night life to have fun but far away so you can have a quiet nights sleep :) let me add the rooftop pool and patio was AMAZING. Laundromat and 7/11 right next door

Perfect welcome, nice rooms, nice pool. It's a bit removed from the beach and the nighlife area. Patong has plenty of options to get around so it's certainly manageable.

Over all a good location friendly staff but the food is not very good it’s on the dryer side. The people on our level were slamming the doors and yelling all night as well as switching rooms and making the alarms go off and it was very irritating. There was one cleaner who was absolutely amazing and I never got their name but they wore orange lip stick. It was overal not a bad experience but it could of been better, I found it annoying how all the lounge chairs by the pool are broken in some way, nice to havere your water replaced daily as well as room service though and being greeted with a purple tea was very nice too

The hotel was nice and friendly, located in a good general location too! Pool was nice and refreshing, gym was pretty small and standard but still useable. Only downfall was no balcony or opening windows so the room became very damp. Especially because the bathroom fan wasn’t very strong to suction out the steam of the shower as well. Overall good for the amount of nights we stayed/price we paid

The staff were amazing and very welcoming! The rooms were a good standard followed by the restaurant and pool area. Not too far from the shops, restaurants and clubs, but a good enough distance to get quietness and peace. Overall a great 6 night stay, really makes a difference when all the staff and manager look after you! Would definitely stay again.

They publish a picture of a pool with a beach, the hotel is not close to the beach at all, on purpose to mislead the customers, so for me everything is really disappointing.

Hotel was a little bit outide the buisy city centre. Staff was nice and polite. Room was nice and decent. bed was softer than standard bed in Thiland. Did not the the breakast. Gym was small. Only a few equipment. 7/11 closeby. maybe 15 minute walk to bangla Road. Did not use the rooftop or pool area. Could ctay for 1 night again. Would not spend longer time.

We stayed one night at this hotel on April 14, 2025, as a stopover before continuing our journey to China after two weeks in Thailand. We didn’t stay in Phuket but chose this hotel solely for a one-night stay before our flight. I strongly advise against booking this hotel – it was a real disappointment. The common areas were dirty, and the breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. Glasses and cutlery were not clean, and the food served was so unappetizing that we didn’t eat anything at all. At first glance, the rooms seemed okay, but upon closer inspection, they were also dirty. Superficially cleaned, but far from truly clean. What’s most shocking is that the hotel claims to have four stars. How that is even possible is beyond me. The pictures presented online do not reflect reality, so don’t be fooled. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed at many different types of hotels, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Sure, it was cheap – but I’ve learned my lesson. In the future, I’d rather pay a bit more to avoid an experience like this.
