"The only good thing about the property is location. The apartment condition is terrible. The milk packet in our room was expired three months back, like how can you not see that. The couch in the room is old, had some holes in it. We move the bed in bedroom and found so many things under the bed. Our overall experience was horrible. Please dont book it if you want a good stay!"

"On arrival was informed I had an upgraded larger room with a pool and sea view. The room was very spacious with excellent facilities including an electric cooker, kettle and microwave. The free underground car park was great with plenty of room. Reception and maintenance staff I had contact with were extremely helpful. Having a TV with all the Foxtel channels was a great bonus. "We stayed in the sub penthouse level 49 for 5 nights. Four adults and two pre teens. First of all, the views are incredible!!!. It blows you away. Wrap around views of the ocean, river and hinterland. Amazing!!! We had a few issues with old or broken items in the apartment and the carpet wasn't as clean as we would have liked, but I got in touch with the staff at Wow and they were more than helpful. Carpets were steam cleaned and we got a lovely new outdoor sofa to enjoy the view on. They...

"The spa and dishwasher didnt work, not that we really needed it anyway. But, for an older motel the room was pretty good freshly shampooed carpets, comfy beds,great view, and you can really open up the big windows to get that beautiful sea breeze in. Didn't even need air conditioning. Good facilities. Pool and bbq Areas are good."
