The apartment was great. I would recommend this apartment to everyone. It is very convenient. We had a great view of the ocean, which was 1/2 a block walk. We walked every where.

“Nice place but...”

The apartment and the facilities were lovely and what you would expect for the price. Modern, clean. There were a few things that bugged us by staying there that would prevent us from another visit. The staff at reception were not friendly. The rooms are only serviced if you stay for over 14 nights. We stayed for 12 and were very disappointed with this lack of service as previous experiences at many other apartment complexes would offer a full service from staying over 7 nights. The final point that was irritating, was when we asked reception for an additional bath towel and we were charged $3 for the privilege. Given the cost per night of this apartment complex and the fact it is managed by Accor, we did expect more on the service side.
