Need take better care off the pool and hot tub . Tiles around hot tub was green and amount hair in pool was very nasty. It made we wondered how safe the hot was . Need to also improve on the beakfast . Very limited option. Been to smaller hotel and they had better option for breakfast

Given there was no elevator in our section and considering you had to walk outside to gain access to it, it was not accessible at all.

Our room had bed bugs and we woke up with a ton of bites all over. The room was also dirty along with the pool area. It was absolutely filthy. The hotel had a moldy smell to it as well in most areas.

Property is located close to incline railway. That was shortest distance to The Falls. Although after registration, when we went to our rooms, cards didn't work. I had to go back to registration clerk to have it activated again. But overall facilities are excellent.

Property is in a great location near all the attractions of the area. Getting dinged $30 for parking was disappointing. There was ample space for parking everywhere and all the posted parking signs were all lower $$ amounts. I could have had valet parking for $20 at the casino immediately beside my hotel.

Carpet smell terrible. One of my pillows smell nasty like a butt, very unpleasant experience. Curtains did not block the light completely. The room needs an complete overhaul. Internet was terrible, very slow. Location was very convenient.

Locations was excellent, staff was friendly, service was good, property was in poor condition needs to be upgraded and there was a smell/ odor in our room especially when we turned on the air conditioner!! The property itself needs to be remodeled/upgraded !!
